Business customers or customers with accounts registered as PJ (Legal Person) complained that they are unable to access their accounts through the Banco Inter application. In a note to UOLthe company said that the situation has now normalized, but reports of the lack of connection continue on Twitter.
“Inter informs that part of the PJ customers, who use the iOS operating system [da Apple]had difficulty validating access to Internet Banking via the app”, said the bank. According to the note, the solution, which consists of deleting and re-downloading the app, “was made available last Friday and access has already been normalized”. .
A Twitter user published yesterday that the connection has been out since last week: “Another day without access to the PJ account of Banco Inter. No access since 04/19/22. Many protocols and no solution. Until when?”.
