Oi announced this Tuesday that it will have to postpone the publication of its 2021 financial statements from Wednesday to May 4 as it needs more time to finalize the segregation of the mobile assets sold to Claro, TIM and Telefônica Brasil.
The company, which had the sale of the assets completed last week, however, reiterated preliminary unaudited figures that indicate that recurring earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (Ebitda) in the fourth quarter was 1.48 billion reais. compared to 1.46 billion a year earlier.
Oi’s net revenue from October to December totaled BRL 4.525 billion, below the BRL 4.72 billion in the same period in 2020. Cash fell from BRL 4.55 billion to BRL 3.29 billion.
In the year, Oi’s recurring EBITDA was BRL 5.33 billion and revenue totaled BRL 17.7 billion.
