Naturgy, a natural gas distributor in Rio de Janeiro, informed that the tariffs of the input will be readjusted as of May 1, being the highest for the industry and for Natural Vehicular Gas (CNG). The increase follows the quarterly adjustment of contracts with Petrobras, in the order of 19%.
The CNG will have the biggest adjustment, of 19.58% from Sunday, while the industries will have an 18.52% higher cost in the purchase of the input. As for residential customers, the increase will be an average of 6.80%, and in the commercial sector, 7.05%.
For customers who live in the interior of the State (Ceg Rio), the adjustment will be 8.78% for residences; 10.16% for commerce; 19.76% for CNG stations and 19.25% for industries.
