President Jair Bolsonaro’s (PL) re-election campaign is concerned with communication and wants to make “adjustments”. One of the decisions already made is the return of former special secretary of communication Fabio Wajngarten, who left the government in March last year, amid the weakening of the so-called ideological wing.
According to the column, the expectation from Bolsonaro’s surroundings is that Wajngarten “disappears in the government’s campaign and communication”. It is not yet defined, however, whether he will have a position in the Presidency.
In addition to the division between electoral propaganda and social networks — which is the responsibility of the son of President Carlos Bolsonaro (Republicans-RJ) — there is an assessment that it is necessary to “professionalize” communication even more.
Last Tuesday (7), Bolsonaro received the president of the PL, Valdemar Costa Neto (PL), at Palácio do Planalto to discuss the course of the campaign and gave the go-ahead for the return of the former secretary.
Wajngarten’s name has the support of Senator Flávio Bolsonaro (PL), who is one of the main coordinators of the team dedicated to his father’s candidacy.
Flávio arranged with Wajngarten the return of the secretary, who, according to the column, has already agreed to return to Brasília and should start work soon.
