The U5 Plus is in the same class as the out-of-country Hyundai Elantra. The 4.66-meter sedan is equipped with McPherson struts at the front, a semi-independent beam at the rear and disc brakes in a circle. The sedan is powered by a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine with a capacity of 113 horsepower (142 Nm of torque), adapted for AI-92 gasoline. Transmissions – five-speed “mechanics” or a variator.
In the Luxury version, the four-door is equipped with 16-inch alloy wheels and halogen headlights, eco-leather in the cabin, a 12.3-inch multimedia system screen, a digital instrument panel and a radio tape recorder with two speakers. There is also ABS, ESP, an assistant when starting uphill, a rear-view camera and rear parking sensors, heating and power mirrors.
