The dump truck is powered by a 2000 horsepower diesel engine. Together with the unit, an alternating current electromechanical transmission works. In addition, the car was equipped with a 2500-liter fuel tank with a quick refueling function and a new hydraulic system that provides accelerated unloading of 180-ton equipment.
For comfortable driving, the new BelAZ is equipped with a cab with a passive safety system, an electronic dashboard, climate control, as well as pneumatic seat adjustments and improved sound insulation. Especially for work at extremely low temperatures, the dump truck can be equipped with an additional heater, double glazing with electrically heated rear-view mirrors.
