Drivers were allowed not to remove the tint on the spot at the request of the inspector

Today, some traffic police inspectors require drivers to remove the tint on the spot. In the event that this fails, officers are threatened with heavy fines or even administrative arrest for disobeying the lawful demand of a police officer. The State Traffic Inspectorate reported that such actions of the inspectors are unlawful, since the requirement to remove the tinting must be in writing, and the driver must have a reasonable time to fulfill it.
