The leader of the anti-rating in terms of the number of deaths was the Moscow region, where 64 people died in April. Following with 56 and 34 dead are the Krasnodar Territory and Moscow. In the Rostov and Sverdlovsk regions, 30 and 29 road accident participants died in road accidents. In terms of the total number of accidents in April, the leaders were Moscow, the Krasnodar Territory, the Nizhny Novgorod Region, as well as St. Petersburg and the Moscow Region.
