The Federation Council recommends taking measures to support the production of wheeled vehicles by increasing the recycling fee for them. In addition, they ask to develop to reduce the credit burden to the largest car factories, including through subsidies.
Another proposal is to establish requirements for the localization of cars used in Russian taxi companies. AvtoVAZ has already come forward with such an initiative, but its head Maxim Sokolov suggested setting similar parameters for carsharing cars.
