Interest in used cars with CVTs and “robots” has grown strongly in Russia

In the first four months of this year, cars with a manual transmission were traditionally in the greatest demand among Russians – 58.7% of users of the Avito Auto platform studied ads for the sale of cars on a “handle”. In second place was the automatic transmission (34.1%), the third – the CVT (3.8%), and the fourth – “robot” (3.5%).
If we talk about specific models, then in the top five cars with a manual gearbox, which our fellow citizens were most interested in, is entirely LADA. Priora tops the rating with 7.9% (of all cars on the “mechanics”), VAZ-2114 (5.5%) is on the second line, Granta (3.9%) is on the third. In addition, the TOP-5 included VAZ-2107 and VAZ-2110: 3.7% and 3.2%, respectively.
As for the “automatic”, those who looked closely at two-pedal cars most often studied ads for the sale of Toyota Camry – 5.2%. Next in the ranking is the Korean couple Hyundai Solaris and Kia Rio: 3.9% and 3.1%. And the premium “Germans” close the top five – Mercedes-Benz E-class (3%) and BMW 5-series (2.1%).
