AVTOVAZ summed up the results of its work on the Russian market in April of this year. It turned out that in the second month of spring, Granta became extremely popular among our citizens. The model has never enjoyed such popularity since its introduction in showrooms in 2011.
In April, Togliatti residents managed to sell 19,899 copies of LADA Granta. That is, compared to the same period last year, the growth was an incredible 665.9%. And the family exceeded the indicators of March by 22.4%. Thus, Grant remains the main locomotive that moves and feeds the domestic auto giant. However, the insane growth is also explained by the low base effect. Indeed, last year the conveyor had to be stopped due to breaks in supply chains and the departure of Western suppliers.
In addition, in April, our citizens purchased 3891 LADA Niva Travel and 3391 LADA Niva Legend SUVs. As for the nearest plans of the car factory, we are waiting for the relaunch of Vesta NG in May, and in the future we hope to see Largus and Granta 2.
