Land Rover Defender: the gamma is wide

It grows there gamma of the off-road vehicle Land Rover Defender. The main novelty is called Defender 130 Outbound, which stands out for its particular off-road style, to which are added the Defender 130 equipped with the 500 HP V8 (in the photo above) and the new County Exterior “package” for the Defender 110.

DEFENDER 130 OUTBOUND – The Land Rover Defender 130 Outbound (in the photos above and below) is available exclusively in a five-seater version, with a luggage capacity of up to 2,516 liters (1,329 liters with second row seats upright). Customers can thus take advantage of the practically flat load compartment, with a length of 1.27 meters, to store everything from wetsuits to kit bags to camping and climbing equipment. The style of Defender 130 Outbound it is distinguished by a look where dark tones dominate, with a bumper and grille insert with a Shadow Atlas Matt finish, while the side vents are finished in Anthracite. The design is completed by 20-inch wheels finished in Gloss Black, or alternatively 22-inch wheels in Shadow Atlas Matt.

The color range of the Defender 130 Outbound features Fuji White, Santorini Black, Carpathian Gray and Eiger Grey, with body-coloured rear panels matching the D-pillar trims. For customers who need superior scratch resistance to get off the trail off the beaten track, Satin Protective Film is available. As for the interior, however, customers can choose Windsor leather or Resist fabric. All are finished in Ebony, with an Ebony Morzine headlining, and Robustec veneer. There are several elements that protect the interior, such as the rubber mat that can be folded down to protect the bumper when loading bulky or heavy equipment such as bicycles or suitcases. The Defender 130 Outbound is available with a D300 turbodiesel Ingenium engine with Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MHEV) technology, combined with an intelligent all-wheel drive system and Terrain Response 2 (the “brain” that adapts the behavior of the car to the driving conditions), with electronically controlled air suspension with Adaptive Dynamics fitted as standard.

DEFENDER 130 V8 – The other novelty is represented by the Defender 130 equipped with engine V8 supercharged by 5 liters, which delivers 500 CV and 610 Nm of torque, guaranteeing acceleration from 0-100 km/h in 5.7 seconds. The Defender 130 V8 is available exclusively in Carpathian Gray or Santorini Black. It also features four-way exhaust, sliding panoramic roof with contrasting black roof, V8 exterior badging, Matrix LED headlights with daytime running lights, tinted taillights, privacy glass and 22-inch Satin Dark Gray alloy wheels.

THE COUNTRY PACK – The latest news announced by the English house, available for the Defender 110and the County Exterior Pack (in the photo above). Inspired by the original Defender County, it features exterior elements that provide a modern interpretation of the historic vehicle. The County Exterior Pack is available for the 110 S, SE and features distinctive graphics along the doors, which is echoed by the illuminated treadplates that greet the driver and passengers, 20-inch alloy wheels available in two finishes, including Gloss White.
