For those not in the know, Livan is the reincarnated brand of Lifan, whose dubious crafts were incredibly popular in Russia thanks to bargain prices. After the bankruptcy, the brand was bought by a private Chinese company Geely, which was assisted by the state structures of the PRC. And now the new products of the new brand are ready to recapture the Russian market. Livan Motors Rus is responsible for distribution in the Russian Federation and the first sign will be the compact Livan X3 Pro crossover with dimensions of 4005 x 1760 x 1575 mm.
The car received a 1.5-liter gasoline aspirated engine with a capacity of 103 hp. with., paired with which works uncontested continuously variable transmission. As for equipment, the X3 Pro has air conditioning, cruise control, parking sensors, a rear-view camera, as well as heated front seats and keyless entry into the cabin.
Multimedia is represented by a rather modest 8-inch screen by modern standards, and the instrument panel is a 3.5-inch display. But there is a saloon rear-view mirror with auto-dimming, an electric sunroof and a good set of security systems. In particular, an assistant for emergency braking and an assistant when driving on a slope. Of course, there are ABS and ESP, as well as front airbags.
Pricing will likely be announced ahead of the start of sales, which, as already mentioned, will happen before the end of May 2023.
