However, according to the stamping on the front fender and the door, we assume that the factory workers did not abandon the proprietary X-design proposed by Steve Mattin. And the grille and head optics are very similar to those that received the latest Dacia Logan sedan.
It should be noted that, according to rumors, the new “Grant” is based on the CMF-B platform, which AVTOVAZ can use under an agreement with Renault. If so, then there will indeed be a certain similarity with Logan. Although there is no official confirmation of this.
Recall that in December 2022, the head of the auto giant, Maxim Sokolov, said that the model would receive modern options, but at the same time retain availability. It is planned to produce LADA Granta 2 in two body types – sedan and station wagon. The second version will also have an “off-road” version.
