According to the bill, the federal state information system for passenger taxis will collect and process information from regional registers. The operator will be the Ministry of Transport. Taxi drivers will have to conclude employment contracts with carriers. In addition, citizens will be banned from working in a taxi if they have an outstanding criminal record or three unpaid administrative fines.
