FROM THE TRACK TO THE PAVE, WITH NONCHALANCE – Directed by Steve Ketner and produced by Nostalgearweb and social platform dedicated to vintage and sports cars among the most followed in the world, with a tribe of over 500,000 users on Instagram, in collaboration with New York-based Ready Motorsport, the video portrays theAlfa Romeo Giulia SWB Zagato (below) during a tour by night in the shadow of the Madonnina. This is the first “public outing” for this fascinating all-Milanese custom-built car, which so far had only tasted the asphalt of the Lainate track, the set of the car’s launch photo shoot. In Piazza del Duomo and along the deserted streets of central Milan, the car seems perfectly at ease even on paved roads, surrounded by a suggestive frame and romantic that reflects every single nuance of its uniqueness.

In short, there is the possibility of a small series production, or theAlfa Romeo Giulia SWB Zagato is it destined to remain a unique work? At the moment there is no news about it. What is certain is that it is a car that is making the alfist population daydream and anyone with a taste for the automobile understood as something more than a simple means of transport. A car that leaves you speechless at first glance, with yours many references to the past and the present of the tradition of two Milanese excellences such as Alfa Romeo and Zagato, but which also takes your breath away for what it hides under the “skin”: in fact, under the tapered front bonnet, the same 510 HP 2.9 V6 biturbo engine pulsates – combined with the six-speed manual gearbox, for “filter-free” driving pleasure – from the Giulia Quadrifoglio, updated with the most recent technical refinements brought about by the even more extreme GTAm version of the sedan from the Milanese manufacturer.
