An explosive device was planted along the route of the car and activated remotely, the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported. The power of the explosion was more than 2 kg of TNT.

According to the source, the detainee turned out to be a native of Ukraine, Alexander Permyakov, born in 1993, previously convicted of robbery. He confessed to working for the Ukrainian security services and to setting off the bomb.
