The judge decided to recover from Toyota Motor LLC the full cost of the car in the amount of 3.45 million rubles, 6.2 million rubles of the difference between the previous and current price of the model, as well as a penalty in the amount of 3.5 million rubles. As a result, the car owner managed to sue the importer for more than 19.7 million rubles.
