Almost a third of Russians (30 percent) usually get rid of a car in a month, 29 percent in two or three days, and another 27 percent only need a week. From one to two months it takes 14 percent of respondents to search for a new owner. At the same time, women are more likely to sell a car quickly: within three days, 39 percent of Russians managed to do this, and only 25 percent of Russians.
The majority (86 percent) rate the experience of selling a car as positive, but for the rest, it turned out to be stressful to varying degrees. For 10 percent, the most tedious aspect was correspondence with buyers and showing the car, for eight percent – car preparation, for 18 percent – bargaining and paperwork.
