Every year the California authorities impose more and more severe punishments for street racing. Earlier, a law appeared in the state, according to which a street racer, through whose fault a spectator dies, will be charged with manslaughter. Later, the police banned the use of parking lots for street racing, and decided to deprive all participants of their driver’s licenses.
