This time, Autospy.net publishes close-ups of the camouflaged Creta, an updated crossover that is expected to premiere in early 2024. It can be seen that the car has similarities with the recently introduced new generation Solaris, in particular, they have similar daytime running lights and headlights integrated into the grille.
Spy photos indicate that Hyundai is testing a Creta with a new design. The pictures were taken in South Korea: apparently, in the 2024 model year, the crossover will be transformed, and its appearance will use the same stylistic decisions as the Solaris (aka Verna) sedan, the not yet presented Exter crossover and the next generation Santa Fe .

It can be assumed that the Creta will get a full-width glowing line of the hood, upgraded front optics with sophisticated graphics, a new solid taillight, fanged taillights and a larger grille. Some of this can already be seen under dense camouflage. Cameras and sensors are also visible in the pictures, which may indicate an expansion of the complex of auxiliary systems.
Autocar India, in turn, reports that the updated Creta can get a new 1.5-liter engine with 160 horsepower – this unit debuted on the Verna sedan in India. The production of a restyled crossover will be launched in January 2024, but this is still unofficial information.
