Wheels falling off new Ford Bronco and Ranger

The Bronco and Ranger are assembled at the Ford plant in Michigan. Wheels on cars are screwed in an automated mode, but one of the robots failed and was sent for repair. As a result, in February, the wheels on off-road vehicles were screwed on by hand, which led to the defect. Under-tightened nuts can cause excessive vibration and extraneous noise, and in the worst case, the wheels can come off.
