Toyota vs. AMG in GT4

In the “amateur-oligarchic” and at the same time the most powerful and expensive class of GT4 are semi-professional racers, most of whom are wealthy businessmen. Here, since the very beginning of the category, there has been a hegemony of Mercedes, but this year almost half of the peloton began to consist of Toyota Supra.

First, the Supra proved to be competitive. Secondly, they are cheaper than the Mercedes-AMG GT (yes, money counts here too). And thirdly, racing Mercedes turned out to be difficult to buy and even service and repair – demand exceeding supply around the world gave rise to queues and quotas.
